Once the dough is ready, we begin to form dough balls to which we will open a small hole to place the ground meat.
Carefully add the meat and close, shape into a ball and set aside. We must be careful not to break them, if necessary we cure them with more dough.
Once all the balls are ready to cook, we prepare the pot.
Place a pot over medium heat and add the sauce. Then, being very careful not to damage the dumplings, place them in the pot with the sauce. Cover for better cooking.
After about 7 minutes, uncover and remove the balls from the pan and pour sauce on top of the balls. If you can turn them well, otherwise leave them as they will also cook if they are covered.
Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now remove the dumplings and serve with enough sauce and grated cheese on top.
