- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Precooked corn flour
- 1 unit Seeds to taste
- 1 pizca Salt
For the Beetroot ones
- 1 unit Large beets
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Precooked corn flour
- 1 pizca Salt
- 1 unit Seeds to taste
For Spinach
- 1 cup Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Precooked Corn Flour
- 1 pizca Salt
- 1 unit Seeds to taste
For the Carrot ones
Clean the carrot well, chop into small squares and blend with water.
In a suitable container, place the carrot smoothie, add salt and a cup of pre-cooked corn flour. Add seeds of your choice.
