  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Precooked corn flour
  • 1 unit Seeds to taste
  • 1 pizca Salt

For the Beetroot ones

  • 1 unit Large beets
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Precooked corn flour
  • 1 pizca Salt
  • 1 unit Seeds to taste

For Spinach

  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Precooked Corn Flour
  • 1 pizca Salt
  • 1 unit Seeds to taste

Instructions
 

For the Carrot ones

  • Clean the carrot well, chop into small squares and blend with water.
  • In a suitable container, place the carrot smoothie, add salt and a cup of pre-cooked corn flour. Add seeds of your choice.

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead well until a smooth and consistent dough is obtained. Form the arepas.
