Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 unid Condensed milk approx 370gr
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Essence of vanilla
  • 1 unit Cinnamon in octopus to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rice under running water to eliminate the starch. Soak the rice in water for 2 hours to soften it before cooking.
  • Drain the soaked rice and place it in a bowl with 4 glasses of water. Cook on medium heat until the rice is tender and absorbs most of the water.

  • Add 2 glasses of milk to the blender together with the condensed milk. Stir gently to integrate the ingredients and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
