For the preparation of the beans
- 750 gr Fresh beans
- 1/4 Kg Bacon skin meat
- 1 unit Headed onion
- 1 unit Onion in branches
- 1 unit Tomato
- 1 unit Green banana
- 1 unit Carrot
For the preparation of the rice
- 2 cups White rice
- 4 cups Water
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Edible oil
- 1/4 unit Small red pepper
- 1/4 unit Headed onion
Preparation of ripe
- 1 unit Ripe banana
- 1 cup Edible oil
Other
- 1 unit Egg for each dish to be served
- 1 unit Ripe avocado
Beans Preparation
Prepare all the bean ingredients.
Place a large pot over high heat, add a little of the lard from the pork rinds. Place the meat to seal it. Once the meat is sealed, add the chopped onion, green onion and tomato. Chop the carrot into squares and add to the mixture.
Then add the beans.
Now add water to cover all the ingredients. Chop the green plantain into cubes and also add it to spice. Season and let it cook for about twenty minutes. Add chopped cilantro to complement the flavor.
Remove part of the beans and mash to further spice the beans.

Preparation of Ground Beef
Select and clean the meat to be used.
Place in a pot with enough water to parboil the meat. Add garlic or onion for taste and of course a touch of salt. Depending if you use a pressure cooker and how tender the meat is the time it will take to tenderize. At least 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove the meat and proceed to cut into small pieces.
Use a meat grinder to grind or mince the meat.
Remove the meat from the picatodo.
Place a skillet over medium heat and grease, add onion, paprika, tomato and garlic.
Add the meat to the previous preparation, season to taste and cook for about 15 minutes.
Rice Preparation
Place a pot over medium heat, grease and add chopped onion, garlic and paprika.
Add the rice and water. Add a little salt. When it starts to boil, lower the heat.
Cook for about 10 minutes, check that it is dry and soft.
Cut the pork skin into strips and then into smaller pieces. You can make cuts without getting to the skin. Add salt and baking soda on the skin.
Put a pot with enough water and place the pork pieces. Boil for about twenty minutes.
Remove the pieces, let them rest and remove the moisture. Place in a pot to fry until golden brown and crispy.

Preparation of ripe plants
Remove the banana skin and cut into two pieces.
Cut into thin slices.
In a frying pan or cauldron with abundant oil, place the ripe peppers to fry. You have to be very careful not to overcook and burn them. Turn and check.
