Ingredients
  

  • 100 gr Tocineta (bacon)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 50 ml Milk cream
  • 1 unit Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 unit Pinch of salt

  • The first step is to select the bacon to be used, then we chop it into strips to finish chopping it into small squares.

  • Place a frying pan over medium heat without greasing since the bacon itself will release enough fat. Cook until golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
  • Now place the bacon in the blender and add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Blend for a few minutes.

  • Add the milk cream to complement. Blend again.
  • Transfer the mixture to a container and serve with whatever you like. Enjoy this exquisite bacon sauce.
