It's perfect for use as a dip or as an accompaniment to the main dish. Garlic and parsley sauce goes great with steaks, fish, chicken and chips - you'll love it if you're a garlic lover!
The first thing to do is to peel the potato and garlic cloves. Then chop the potato into small pieces.
Place the potato and two cloves of garlic in a pot and cover with enough water. Add a pinch of salt and boil for about 10 minutes or until soft. Let stand to cool.
Now place the potato in a bowl to mix with the other ingredients. If there is a lot of water left, remove it so that the mixture does not become watery. Add the parsley and the remaining garlic.
Add the milk to the previous mixture.
Now proceed to blend for several minutes until the mixture is homogeneous, if it is too thick we can add more milk.
