Ingredients
  

  • 150 ml Sunflower oil for the mayonnaise
  • 1/2 unit Lemon for the mayonnaise
  • 2 unit Eggs one for the mayonnaise
  • 30 gr Capers Alcaparras
  • 30 gr Pickles
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 pizca Salt
  • 1/2 unit Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • We start by selecting the ingredients. Clean and start chopping the onion into small squares. Meanwhile we can put a pot with water to boil an egg.
  • We also chop the gherkins into small pieces.

  • Now we proceed to chop the capers.
  • Remove the parsley stems and finely chop only the leaves.
  • The egg cooked for about 10 minutes has already been removed from the water and is now resting. Remove the shell and chop.

  • Now in a jar we proceed to make the mayonnaise (with the oil, egg, lemon) or to place it if we already have it ready or we are going to use the packaged one. We start adding the chopped ingredients.
  • Add the mustard, gherkins, capers, eggs, salt, pepper.
